I could spot monkeys, peacocks, and iguanas while admiring the breathtaking Indian Ocean and golden shores of Hiriketiya beach. The hotel even offers tuk-tuk rides and has a yoga deck with an ocean view.
Oh, and let's not forget the privilege of paying restaurant prices for a glass of coke. So worth it.

Our stay at Little Tamarind was worth every penny. The room had a stunning sea view and the staff treated us like family. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away.
The only thing that could improve the breakfast items is a wider variety of fresh fruits.

We absolutely adored our stay at this wonderful hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service. the manager, Prasanna, Darshana, and Damith made us feel like part of their small family. the breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka, and the food was so delicious that we ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and we were lucky to have close encounters with nature, including peacocks, monkeys, squirrels. the peaceful and almost empty Silent beach nearby was like something out of a postcard. a perfect stay for us!
Felt like being in a home away from home, with nothing to complain about.

A Hidden Gem in Paradise
During my recent stay at a charming retreat in Sri Lanka, I experienced the most breathtaking view imaginable. Perched atop a small hill, this cozy hideaway offered a stunning panoramic perspective of the mesmerizing sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The spacious and well-appointed rooms were a welcome respite, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. The beach, just a short walk away, was a true slice of heaven, with its pristine beauty and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The delicious and varied menu, a rarity in this area, ensured that every meal was a delightful culinary adventure. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the occasional noise from the surrounding nature, it did little to dampen my overall experience. I highly recommend this enchanting retreat for anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway.

Located in a beautiful area with amazing beaches nearby, this hotel has a great view of the sea from the room. the staff is very friendly and welcoming, providing perfect service. the food is delicious and worth the money.
The lack of provided water was disappointing, and the electricity went off during the night which meant no fans or water until morning. Breakfast was not included, and there was no signage on the property making it difficult to find.

Stayed at a hotel five minutes from a stunning beach, nestled amidst a small village. Staff were friendly and made excellent, varied food. The rooms were spacious with large windows and had a nature-friendly design. The natural surroundings provided a soothing escape from typical, overcrowded tourist destinations.
Pricing was higher compared to local standards, which led to higher food prices. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms and poor connectivity in the lobby area.

The yoga classes were totally mind-blowing. We joined the Sunrise Vinyasa and Slow Flow Yoga sessions and let me tell you, those experienced teachers totally rocked our world! The best part was feeling so zen and relaxed afterwards. And let's not forget about the diving and snorkeling! December was the perfect time for it, and we discovered a whole new world underwater. It was like being in Finding Nemo but even more awesome!
If I had to ask for one thing to make it even more insane, it would be a banging party scene! Don't get me wrong, the hotel is chill and peaceful, but as young party-goers, we were craving some wild nightlife.
